Notifications are a great way to stay informed about the latest updates regarding your participation and platform activity. Whether you are interested in updates related to your contributions or status changes, you can customize your preferences to receive only the information that matters to you.

What notifications are sent?

Functional Notifications (Mandatory)

These notifications are essential for the platform's proper functioning. They are sent instantly and cannot be disabled.

Welcome Email: When you create your account, you will receive an email to guide you through your first steps.
Account Verification: A verification code is sent to validate your registration.
Forgotten Password: If you forget your password, you will receive an email with a link to create a new one.
Content Moderation: An email is sent if you report content or if your participation is moderated.
Administrator Contact: If an administrator contacts you, you will be informed via email.
Contribution Validation: An email is sent when an administrator modifies or validates your contribution.

Your Latest Activities (Optional)

Receive a daily summary of your activities. This notification is optional and can be enabled or disabled.

It will notify you of:

New comments or votes on your contributions.
Replies to your private messages.
Status changes on your contributions.

Consultations (Optional)

Be notified when a new consultation begins or when results are published. You will receive a notification at the start of the participation or voting phase and when a consultation ends.

Receive important space updates every week, including:

Reminders before the end of a consultation phase.
Notifications when new articles or events are published.
Alerts when certain contributions are selected as finalists or winners by administrators.

Newsletters (optional)

Space administrators can send newsletters to inform all users about upcoming events, important updates, or special announcements.

Managing Your Notifications

You can adjust your notifications directly from your account. To access it, click on your profile and select My Accountfrom the menu.

To enable or disable notifications, go to the My notifications tab, check the ones you want to receive, and uncheck the ones you wish to unsubscribe from.

Remember to save your changes by clicking Update.
